Firstly
The concentration of the enzyme is 5mM (mili molar)
- 300μl of the enzyme was used
The concentration of the buffer is 0.1M (molar)
- 1.7ml of the buffer was used

I need to calculate the concentration of the enzyme in μM (micro molar) in this solution?

Secondly
The concentration of the enzyme is 5mM (mili molar)
- 300μl of the enzyme was used
The concentration of the buffer is 0.1M (molar)
- 1.2ml of the buffer was used
0.5ml of an inhibitor was added (concentration = 1.5mM)

What was the concentration of the enzyme in this solution
in μM (micro molar)?

I have no idea, help would be most appreciated

I would be inclined to convert all dimensions into mol, mol dm-3 and dm3 to do the calculation and then change the answer to the units required ...
