Average hours of work done from this point in the year through to the exams?
Are you particularly socialable? (Not taking the mick, it's just that the people I know who've done well, not 10A* well, but well none the less have been very unsocialable.

If so do you regret it?
Did you take all of your exams in one exam cycle?

... probably sitting in a shop doorway with a pet rabbit regretting all of my life decisions

please don't get upset that people are mocking you on this thread. They are just jealous of you.

But honestly I don't think you should go around telling everyone that you got 10*'s.
people may not take it well.

get to the point at the beginning of each paragraph. Clearly state in one sentence what your point is and check to make sure it relates to the question that's been set. Then grab some evidence and explain it. It's a good explanation and analysis that will get you the good marks but you can't get that far unless you've made a relevant point to start with.
good luck

honestly you are too kind.
I would not help people.

Honestly, i've never told most of the people i go to college with. I only ever mention it if it's relevant to the topic. (e.g. people are unlikely to want advice from someone who failed everything...)

About 2.5 hours every night after school, probably. Then i stopped going to some lessons before study leave technically started and did my work at home, aiming for 7 hours per day because i found that revision in school just stressed me out.
So i guess my average number of hours per day actually decreased in the run up to exams, it just became more intense and focused.

Umm well i didn't socialise too much with my friends during that time but i wouldn't say that i regret it. I'm generally quite an introverted person so i didn't mind spending a lot of time alone working.
but i had a lot of fun over the summer. don't get me wrong, i have friends but i don't like spending all of my time being sociable)
How did you revise for French & R.E. Not quite sure how I should aporoach these exams.

Thank you and well done on your grades!

Just putting myself out there to help anyone who could do with it coming up to exams. Any questions you could use help with? (I took french, RE, art, history, triple science, maths, english etc)

I couldn't resist posting in this thread for one simple reason: I got 11A*s at GCSE.

Envious?

When did you start revising for your GCSEs? How many days/months/years/decades before the exam?
