It is a derivative of a Medieval Greek word for 'The City'.

What do you think of President Erdogan and his stance on the Kurds?

I am totally against Erdogan and his policies. He is trying to deceive Kurds with false promises and it is very depressing.

I condone the secularisation of the country under his regime, but I think he is idolised too much in Turkey. It is a criminal offence to insult Atatürk over there, and if you even attempt to criticise any of his policies people will automatically accuse you of being a supporter of the current Islamic ruling party. I personally believe he handled the Kurdish situation wrongly and the issues with that are still showing up in today's politics.

All my Turkish friends are against him... Apparently Erdogan is reversing (slowly) Ata-Turks policies. He seems a good-hearted man Erdogan. I actually like him a lot.

What about Adnan Okhtar who is also known apparently as Harun Yahya?
