New belt = pain. Especially when it's potentially on 1 notch too tight as I set it up in my room before the gym without realising how thing would change once I got lifting. Derp.
Off on holiday tomorrow for a week. Will start a cut and continue to break in belt once back.

The shoes were great though, good buy.
Yea, expect pain and lots of bruising and more pain. You can find guides to breaking in belts online. Basically bend it back and forth.
Squat 100*5 120*4,4 140*3,3,4,3,4,3 100 AMRAP 10. Arms hurt so stopped. Low bar isn't the most comfortable position to hold for ages 100*3 belt too painful 100*5 beltless. Much easier and lower. Hope belt softens soon....
Deadlift 60*5 Belt on 100*5 140*5 180*3,3
Deadlifts with belt makes me feel like my eyes are about to pop out. Dat pressure.
Forgot to mention, am training with a friend tomorrow so will do upper body stuff then. Easing into it after a while off too. Also thinking of running canditos method as want to train 4x a week once hockey season is over. Texas method was good but I need more than 3x a week when I'm not doing other sport tbh.
