Not sure I can be bothered to log today's workout. Was just a random assortment of stuff trying to work out what exercises I can do. Guess I main thing is that I'm switching from the inclines to some CG floor press work since it seems like my pec has been getting aggravated from this exercise somehow ¬¬
and in response to motorbiker, originally the deads didn't feel great yesterday but today they felt pretty good. Think I'll continue to bump up the weights.
