Warwick or bath?

Hi, I have offers from warwick and bath for biochemistry and want to firm one. I preferred warwick slightly when I looked around but prefer the course at bath.
If anyone has any advice id greatly appreciate it!

Both top unis so really I would base my decision on the course. You're going to have a great social life either way but just make sure you're enjoying the course so you can leave with higher grades. Also, a lot of bath students go to Bristol to club anyways which is an amazing city...compared to the likes of Coventry which is a tad more subjective according to personal tastes. I'm choosing between Bristol and warwick and found that I absolutely love the course at Bristol but the politics department was no where on par with warwick. So I understand your hard decision. All the best either way you'll have an amazing uni experience

Had this exact dilemma but for Maths. The way I saw it, they're both amazing places, however, the international reputation and prestige of Warwick was slightly higher, as well as their links with top top firms. Also, I thought that Bath's campus was a little too small and everyone there is doing a similar type of subject seeing as it's so specialised, so I thought I would get bored of it and the people very quickly. Lastly, have you seen the hill you have to walk up every morning from the city of bath??? It may be a shorter lateral distance that Warwick, but that incline is very off putting

Can't go wrong with either, both are very reputable. But Warwick might have the slightest of advantages. Bath is a nicer place but is expensive.

Nobody walks up the hill, haha. You just get the bus after your first year, albeit some of the bigger buses take an age to get up it. I haven't been to the Warwick campus but I have heard that it's not the most interesting or fun place to live, but I could be wrong. With Bath you'll be living in a World Heritage city, and Bath is also number 1 in the country for industry connections

Warwick is much more prestigious than Bath. Don't get me wrong, Bath is FANTASTIC, but Warwick has a stronger rep and academic status. Tbh, I'd base it on how you like the course, and which one you prefer.
