I applied back in 2013 before taking a 2 year gap year, So I haven't been to any tasters or interviews lately. They automatically accepted me based on already being accepted previously

Nobody knows yet, the university provide the start dates through email and the university then give this to student housing, who will also email you a formal letter of accommodation

Hate to break it to you, but not exactly! The flats are broke up into different buildings and I think there are 3/4 flats per block. So whoever is in flat 17, you need to look for rather than what floor🙈
