I highly doubt he knows - there's no way he'll have been able to see the paper, so he's likely just making stuff up to see who'll believe him.

Information provision can't be an 18 marker on its own so.... nope

Okay, I am sorry for judging you. I will reply to you on Monday evening. If you are being truthful then thankyou. But I will continue to revise everything just in case. Sorry no offence meant.
I'd say whether hes right or not, too big of a risk to take now, Just revise everything on the spec but thats just me

It really can't. Provision of information is always used in conjunction with some other policy - it doesn't work effectively on it's own. Therefore, they cannot give an 18 marker based solely of provision of information.
I guarantee you that XED will be on it. They haven't asked it in so long.
