Haven't recieved an accommodation email?

I recently made york St john my first choice and haven't revieved an email about accommodation the website says June but from what I've seen online people have already made there applications so how can I apply?

Yeah nothing there :/ I emailed them they said they'd look into why I haven't been sent one hopefully I'm not too late to apply for decent accomadation :/
