Help with assignment for Access course to nursing

Hi I'm new to this site and was hoping a few of you would have time to complete a very short survey (literally 5 questions) for me.

I am currently taking an Access to HE course in Health Science Professions with the aim of going to Uni next year to study nursing.

I have to conduct a research project into the association between stress levels and smoking in healthcare.
