Will cutting my hair make me less attractive?

Without sounding arrogant my hair is really good right now (long, thick, wavy in good condition). I get lots of compliments on it, it looks like blake lively's but black:

However it is a lot to take care of and I'm 21 so am starting work soon etc. I wanted a more practical style about shoulder length:

I'm worried this will look awful/I'll regret it though. Thoughts? Should I keep my long hair?

If someone thinks it makes you look less attractive, then screw them! You get your hair cut for yourself, and if you don't like it, it grows
Not at all

It is really nice but I think it depends upon your face and how much you suit them.

Don't cut it. Long hair is directly linked with health and beauty. Hard to manage but everyone appreciates the effort.

Thanks  yeah TBH I do think my current style is pretty attractive on me. Torn about whether I like shoulder length though? Been long for ages now :colondollar:

Ha i speak from experience
Long hair is divine.

BUT

A change is always interesting. That hair of Cheryl's looks absolutely awful I think...

Male opinion here... don't cut it! I (and many men judging from the unscientific polls on here) love long hair. As a general rule for a woman, it should never be shorter than underneath your bosom (personally i don't mind it longer).

Yep not sure about how much I suit shoulder length hair :s-smilie: it's just easier IMO. I do have small features like Blake Lively/Nina Dobrev whereas girls who look really good with shoulder length hair are the ones with huge eyes/lips like Jessica Alba etc.

Tbh just go for it. If it is for convenience, its alright. I'm sure it will suit you. It's not like it will never grow back.

Male opinion: do whatever you feel like doing - it's your hair. For every guy that likes long hair there is one that likes it short.
As long as a girl has hair, that's all that most guy's need to be happy!

Cutting is a calculated risk, but hey, hair grows at around 15cm per year. After the first few weeks most people will not even notice you ever had it long. If you still hate it after a few months, let it grow back. Simples.
I love long hair, and I think most men do

Absolutely not!

Lemme tell u something!

I cut my waist length hair into an asymmetrical Bob, earlier this year. And it's the best decision of my life!! My hair is naturally curly, and it suits very well.
When I first got it cut, my friends and family hated it as I'm already short and they believed my short hair made me look shorter. But that was the first time I realised, u can't b scared of what others think. I've been more darling since that day!!

Do it!! I say do it!! Cut ur hair!! It'll grow back anyway! But u will love it!!!

Wear your hair how you like it, don't let people tell you what to do.
