On the c2 specimen paper for edexcel (Q9) it says that the length (x+1)^2 on the diagram but (x+1) in the text? Is it an error because I ended up getting the answer wrong since I looked at the diagram for the length

hahaha some poor efforts all round :wink:
On a serious note I've got a real big feeling that a) a triple differentiations going to come up, haven't seen that on any paper, and b) a factorisation question will come up in the form of x^4 + 3x^2 -7 = 0 , haven't seen that come up in any paper either. Seems like two things that will throw a fair few people.
