That's what I tried to do

Yes, took a long time trying to do it but more precise. Like got a quadratic and a linear equation and then factorise that quadratic again. The division went wrong somehow with me so I had to cross it.

that's not a heavy question so I think you'll be fine

don't think it matters

Have you checked the answer for the cost in the last question? Some of my friends were getting 200 and something, so I wasn't sure if I'd done it in radian mode or something.

Guys listen.

For the tan question, I got twice as many solutions because square root of tan gives positive and negative values. Any thoughts?

The range was from 0=x<360...

how you feeling now?

Hm may be because they said "fully factories". Fully. Like no more chance to factories anything in the bracket I guess.
But it's fine in general. Worse case is that we lost around 1 or 2 UMS

Oh yea... 1 ums isn't too bad

did you get 1/3 and 3/2 for y in the logs question?

I did.
image.jpgI'll post this solution to writing cos(x) in terms of k again so everyone can see
C1 & C2 have been pretty hard this year, FP1 was easier imo

Based on the account's name and the fact they 'know' they got 100%, I'm guessing it's a troll .

Yep
Messed up BIG time, missed a Q cuz my paper was stuck together ffs

What did everyone get for the last question on the back page of the paper? I got 10
Original post by prepdream
Same. Just that I didn't take 3 put of the bracket. Feeling regret a little bit now :frown:

I think I left it as the difference of squares
(x√3+4√3)(x√3-4√3)

don't know if I'll lose marks but it's technically correct... 👎👎

Me too but I was confused because it said next to the question that y > 3/11 but I didn't get anything under that anyway... :s-smilie:
