Lol, Yale has an acceptance rate of 6%. You'd have to apply to at least 8-15 US unis to spread out the risk.

I mostly wanted to apply just to see if I would get in, but considering the application fee for each university and the fact that I wanted to go to the UK anyway, I decided it would be pointless to apply.

Ah I see  thats pretty amazing!! What degree did you do?

I am going to study English  hope to anyway aha and Im looking forward to being independent, night life, meeting new people... long list haha x

I have 15 days left on my Chemistry degree :yep:

Independence is one of the greatest things about University, for definite! :awesome: . I look back on my first burnt pizza, my first load of shrunken clothes from washing/drying, forgetting to buy basic amenities like deodorant and shower gel... . Nothing quite like going home and having a stocked up fridge and SO MANY THINGS TO STEAL TO TAKE BACK! :woo:

 . I never got into the nightlife side of things, but society meets until 3am were certainly an experience I didn't have before Uni

I do wish you the best of luck :yep:

Aww thank you very much  It is an exciting thought but getting the grades is another thing which is worrying me a lot :frown: x
Hey guys wander if any of you could help me... basically I want to know if I could get an A* in A-Level Product Design. Last year I got an high B for AS (2 marks of an A), and so far this year for my CW I got 139/150 (unmoderated). and now I have the written exam left! If I could an A*, what do I need to get in the exam? WJEC board btw.

Thanks guys!
