I have raynauds which means that my circulation is awful and I can't go anywhere where a temperature change is or get overly stressed or use hot water/cold water if my hands are the opposite temperature....if I do, my extremities go blue/white/red/purple/black/orange spotty and freezing cold or boiling hot and swell up.....means I have to think carefully before consuming cold food and before doing practically anything! Haha! There we go, life goes on
