biology a2 question

a question on a past paper said that the cerebrum was involved in coordination of moving an elbow joint deliberately. i assumed it was the cerebellum as that controls muscle coordination, but is it the word 'deliberately' that makes moving the elbow a thought process and so controlled by the cerebrum, as that controls thinking?
The deliberately here is used because it is voluntary action. Your skeletal muscles act voluntarily. Basically, the cerebrum has motor areas, and it has motor neurones which send impulses to motor effectors to move your skeletal muscles
