Guys, just finished the paper a while ago. How was the paper and what are the GRADE BOUNDARY expectations? 😁

That's the only question or part to be accurate that I left in the paper. Lol😔

What do you expect the grade boundary to be?
That was a horrible paper

Pretty average tbh, maybe 64-66 for an A? I don't know I haven't talked to many other people about how they did.

Same here in few areas. I can't comment efficiently on how I performed!

Jan 2015 was 61 for A... I think so maybe it will be like 62-63? Let's see how others did first!

What did you guys say the role of nitrogen monoxide was in the depletion of the ozone layer? And what should be done industrially to reduce the carbon footprint?

that was such a bad paper. What were all your multiple choice answers? :P especially the barium hydroxide one

oh god that mass is diff for everyone 😠 ok let us make it straight!
what was the moles of h2so4? 2.44*10^-4?
then the moles of KOH in R? multiply the moles of acid into 2?
then the conc of KOH in R? 0.018? if am not wrong
then they asked the difference, the initial was 0.08987 and minus 0.018 gave us 0.07 something?
then the mass used up, i got 182g.
wbu guys?? 😔

barium hydroxide vs barium sulfate? I put same color. It couldn't be pH because one is basic and the other is acidic. It couldn't be solubility in water since barium sulfate is insoluble. It couldn't be reaction with HCl because they had different products.

Correct me if I'm wrong though

I selected the same colour too

i wrote it acts as a catalyst. I don't know if it's correct :/

And the HIn one? I'm getting that one wrong.

Yeah I did 0.07/0.08987 x mass of KOH in the start

Catalyzes breakdown of ozone.

And you can use renewable sources and catalysts to reduce energy consumption.
