You should have shaded outside of circle not inside, it was only inside for Z. When transformed by T becomes outside of circle

yes the integral was sinx, where pretty much a lot of my friends and other people said they got stuck in integrating cos2xsinx, you would use the cos2x expansion integrating after should get you

y= cot (x) - (2/3) cos^2(x) cot (x) + Ccosec(x)


and with coefficient 3

I did a past paper with a similar question and it was inside then became outside after transformation

Yes, but you can't just assume that because it was so in past papers it is so in this one. I didn't assume anything; I worked it out.

What do we think the grade boundaries will be roughly. I messed up so many easy questions :frown: worked out I got around 60/75
