Same I'm disappointed. If I had more time to check.
Hopefully 55 is an A. 65 is 100ums.

Can someone tell me if you got these for your stationary points?

(-3, 1.5) and (1, -0.5)

Yes

c=4 and d= -1 right? probably not as i had no time to check. also
for the asymptotes, i did y= 4/3(x+3) and -4/3(x+3) but didn't multiply out the brackets!! there goes another mark

what did you guys get for the equations of the asymptote after the translation of (k 0)?

Something like y=+ or - 4/3(x+3)?
(edited 8 years ago)
Anyone remember the question for the sum to 60 thing?
It was something times log8(4) but can't remember the something

should be (x-3) in brackets as the hyperbola was translated 3 to the right

Yeah that's right
I forgot to put bracket...:/ should be able to get a mark for original asymptote
Was the graph shape like ) (

Yep. What mark do you think you have got?

What was c and d for?

that one matrix, it was really easy but i think i might have got the image and point the wrong way around and lost those marks
Original post by a123a
What was c and d for?

Matrix A
Original post by C0balt
As k was -3 it should be (x+3)

that's what i did!! i'm sure it said k<0 so i put -3??? did i misread it?! hope not
