Average around 3k a day, maintaining weight/ losing small amounts.
Averages about 1600 a day.
How do you figure this out? Just measure everything?

Yep I've started weighing everything I eat and then tracking it using MyFitnessPal :smile:

I eat a bit more when I know I've walked more or training was a bit more cardio or just cause cake was in front of me
Would guess about 4000 or so.

This is actually a reason why UK males are the 12th most overweight in Europe (Greece is first) but UK females are the most overweight in Europe. Almost anywhere I go, women eat the same amount as men. They need to understand they just can't do this.

In lots of European countries, women eat far smaller portions, in line with their caloric needs.

About 2500 on average. Some days around 2200, most days higher haha up to about 3000, maybe even 3500 on weekends.

Although that is far to few calories, if you're used to it and have been severely restricting for a while it get's easier and you learn how to spread it out and what foods have the least calories.
