Much easier than previous years. Basically if you make a silly mistake then no 90% for you!


I wouldn't go as far to say that the boundaries will be that high. More like

74 - 100
68 - 90 (A*)
63 - 80 (A)

If you read the posts on here you would find that the general consensus is that the exam is relatively easy. Most of my maths teachers felt that the exam was considerably easier than June 2013 and slightly easier than last years.

On the dx/dy question where it asked for A (coordinate where crosses y axis), I got dy/dx wrong but then carried it through correctly to the end of the question. Will I have lost all 6 marks for this one?

that is write but i put it in the exact form. but it didnt ask for that so they are both correct
