thought the novel/contes question on messages was good - How did you find the translations

That exam was eurgh... Film question was a dream, quite simply 'how did you react'. However I'm really worried as I did a paragraph on motivations, one on public reactions and one on techniques but techniques was the only paragraph actually on the film itself so I have no idea what the mark scheme will be like? I used PEA for the motivations etc so I showed how it was shown in the film and I gave my opinion all the way through so I didn't think to do a conclusion? Will this be okay? :frown:

Aaaand the listening was ****ing awful. **** you and your pesticides.

All in all thought that was a really nice exam!! (Apart from that pesticide listenin question)

for the translation, did anyone get "se faire contrôler" as "to get one's ID checked" ? Looked it up when I got home, what a horrible random expression!
Was anyone else mildly concerned that AQA decided to change the format of the questions without telling us? Haha the cheeky devils...

Do you think you lose marks for spelling or accents?
That exam absolutely ridiculous. The listening was so hard!! The reading was just as bad. Anyone pick up on the subjunctive for one of the sentences into french???

yeah I think it was something "soient" but I can't remember the rest of the sentence
