My answers for this paper were:
1) 2+5x/4-25x^2/64
3rt2/2
181/128
2)(2x-3y)/(3x+8y)=dy/dx
+-(24/5,16/5)
3)x=4ln(2)
12+32ln(2)^2-32ln(2)
4) A=5,1,3
p=15
31.82
d=7.46
5)27/32
a=2 b=-5
6)k=4
4pi/3 + rt(3)/2
7) 1/(p-2) - 1/p
0.473
8) x=2 - 1/ln3
area = 13pi/ln3
this is most of the questions that i wrote down my answers to, I am confident in most of them although I am prone to the occasional stupid mistake so if you disagree then I will not argue with you.

I think got exactly the same except for 7b which I know I got wrong so I feel I got 72/75 at least. You probably got full marks
I'm so worried - I messed up q8

For 8a I got q is 1/ln3

My answers, judging by other people's opinions I think they're right:

think that 7a is 1/P-2 - 1/P
Does anyone have the example answers thing?

3 to the power of (2x) does not equal 3 to the power of 2, all to the x, I'm afraid.

Unfortunately, it does; 32x=(32)x3^{2x} = (3^2)^x by C1 exponentiation laws.

It does.....3^2x is the same as 9^x

Hey guys, do I have to get 90 UMS or above in BOTH c3 and c4 to get an A*, or 90 UMS or above in average of c3 and c4?

You have to get a minimum of 180 UMS across BOTH C3 and C4.

So you could score 95 UMS in C3 and 85 UMS in C4.

And on top of that you need to get a minimum of 480/600 UMS in your whole A Level.

I went up to x^3 on the binomal will I lose marks on part a

I doubt it. The mark scheme will probably say 'ignore extra terms' or something like that. Would be very harsh to penalise you.

Oh my day for the
y=3^x
y^2
I wrote 9^2x

How many marks would I lose ffs .. pressure of the exam got to me

any idea pls some one ? i think it was a 7 marker than question cant remember

got mostly the same as you, except i made a stupid mistake in q6, i just left 4root3/8 without simplifing, dont know how my brain worked at that time, and got 8a right, lost most of the marks in 8b because i used 9^2x instead, if i've got like 5 minutes extra, i would've recognize it

I know. I've deleted the comment now. I was getting muddled up with someone making it 3 to the x squared. I look like an idiot now hahaha.

anyone get 53pi/ ln3 for the last question?

yes i did!
Original post by C++
I sincerely doubt it, for my final answer, 13π/ln(3) is correct. Please check your mathematical understanding prior to making abrupt swaying statements.

just because u saw ur answer in someones answers doesnt make it a mark scheme answer lol

Provided you used the correct method, it would probably be treated as an error carried forward mark (could somebody clarify this?).

Things are definitely looking up for me right now!

Sorry but there's some wrong answers on there

Also... for the vector question, I made a super silly mistakes in part one... which means I got the whole question wrong... I feel so bad right now. But I think for part 2&3, my method were correct and all the steps were written clearly. So do I get any follow through marks at all? Or I‘ll get zero in that question? plz help me!!
Did anyone else just use a substitution on the last question? It made it so much easier.
For q8) i worked out the wrong gradient of the line, hence wrong coordinates and led to my part b) wrong, if i followed the right method can i get around 4/6 marks for b?
