i don't like one single top from that list ... :frown: i think i may cry
Has anyone got model answers for PCR and Sequencing a genome please?

Also whats the difference between sequencing and mapping?

i think genome mapping is identifying which part the chromosome has come from
sequencing BAC's is what you do after mapping

sustainable management eg coppicing/felling
ie pages 208/209

Would anyone care to sum up what we need to know about the galapagos? really cant be arsed with that section tbh .__.

like coppicing and pollarding. keeping standards to produce large yields of timber etc

By insight learning experiment you're referring to the monkeys using the box thing right? And if so how would they phrase the question and most importantly how can you answer it to ensure you obtain all marks?

basically the humans e.g. soldiers and explorers on their first visit ate animals so they became extinct eventually
non-native animals were introduced and ate all native species so population decreased
non native plants were introduced but competed with native plant species so their Population decreased too
fishing decreases sea life
tourism increased and increased development and damaged ecosystems and land was cleared etc pollution, new airports
population of humans increase and this leads to future damage
