I though it asked how you could calculate the % efficiency though, in which you'd need a calorimeter surely?

I'm sure it said % of energy transfer

Did I have to say autosomal linkage or would I getaway with just linkage?

I hope so too. I'm on the A/B boundary for two of my subjects which makes hints very awkward and makes me nervous too. I really hope York take me with ABB
Still feel like GBs are gonna be real low, low 60s (60-63) for A. Last year was knowledge based, which people can prepare for. Synoptic questions plus inclusion of lots of last years stuff will drag GBs down. Everyone can have a dig at the synoptic qs but a lot of people will drop many marks.

did anybody write geographical isolation (i.e allopatric speciation) for one of the question, and
Genetic drift for the very next question?

Yeah I got this
I misread the question and started talking about the hardy weinberg law for the why the observed and expected were different and started talking about how mating was not random because they actively chose what to mate :frown:

can anyone remember the exact question please :frown:

can anyone create a google docs document so we can work on it please

Good luck. You'll be fine
Don't want to sound like a petulant child, but where is the unofficial mark scheme!? There was one really early on for F214, has everyone got exams tomorrow or something? Who usually makes them?

Just remember this is a long paper and possibly people's last exams - they don't want to stick around and that's evident with the lack of traffic this thread has compared to f214

Also these are just the answers that we came up with...... our answers aren't the official markscheme! There are bound to be so many different answers and ours might not even be correct! the F215 markschemes are so picky :frown:
