I actually wish i could help but I basically just skipped that topic and hope for the best :smile: However i really doubt their going to ask to draw a diagram

I dont see anything wrong? The relationships are correct and yeah the disaster entity should be on the right side of the volunteer entity

Physical security- biometric technology. Keeping servers in locked rooms, finger scan etc
Firewalls on network
Training users
Back up of the system itself
Uninterrupted power supply

Not sure of all the points- but good luck!
