Personal Statement Problems - Help!!

I would love to study Spanish at university. Of course, there are so many options to choose from, these are my top 6-

1. University of Cambridge - Spanish and ab initio Portuguese
2. Univeristy of Southampton - Spanish and Portuguese
3. University of Warwick - Hispanic Studies/ Lingustics with Spanish
4. University of Bristol - Hispanic Studies/ Spanish and Portuguese
5. University of Manchester - Spanish, Portuguese and Latin American Studies
6. University of York - Spanish and Linguistics/ Spanish and Italian.

I've been writing my personal statement but because these courses are not all the same, I can't just say 'I'd love to study ...' as they are all different. Is there a way of getting around this or can I just apply for one of these 'types' of course like Spanish and Portuguese? Should I be including all of them in my personal statement? (I know I can only apply to five, I'm still deciding)

Thank you so much!!!

You could touch on the fact that you also want to learn other languages.
