Separation of powers, Judge interpret law vs Judge made law, Is the Rule of Law based solely upon Parliamentary Sovereignty/Supremacy, the system of Judicial Review - again does the judiciary find the right answer in these cases? or do they themselves not have enough knowledge on Judicial Review (see some cases where the Judges made decisions based on "if they had to...they would have...
