A mobile broadband dongle won't be needed if the OP has 3G/4G on their phone. they can turn their data allowance in to a wifi hotspot.

alternatively tor browser will work as I use tor myself (though not for porn).

You could just use VK. It is Russian Facebook which is filled with porn. It is what we did in halls at uni.

Depends on what mobile network the OP is using. Certain sites may even be blocked over 3G/4G.
Reminds me of when I was in halls which blocked porn. Back then we were rather limited in options and had to keep trying all the sites until we found one that wasn't blocked. Might not apply to you though with Sky.

Failing the odd unblocked site, there's always tumblr, which is full of porn. And you're not that bothered about actual porn, i.e. you just want to see some boobies to fap to, just go on Youtube.

Use a proxy website and you can bypass the sky block. If that doesnt work, download and use a VPN.

yeah, you're right, it's not every website that you can access
I'm banned from one porn site, so I tried to get to it via a proxy - no luck

In that case if you can't get hold of the ISP and ask them to remove the block it'll have to be proxies/VPNs... hope one of 'em works!
