these days I write hardish question as I am preparing material my special papers so there is not much difference between them.
Besides it does depends on your individual strengths and "personal likings".

What do you think of these questions? Do you feel they are challenging?

Yes they are challenging, especially the summation/product ones. I find the D.E questions quite easy, but normally that's because I can spot the trick fairly quickly and have done way too much integration over the last two years :smile:

What do you mean irrelevant? It says if answers have come from incorrect quadratic award M1 if a stated forumla has been mentioned (s=ut+1/2.....), and quadratic formula has been used.

I'm sorry to bother you, but I just have a quick question (related to one of your problems you posted earlier).

When a question asks you to 'use the idea of derivative as a limit to show that F'(x) = f(x) ', would it be sufficient to simply derive common formulae (such as product rule) using this idea for general functions of x, and then simply use those formulae to show the desired result?
