Always had left shoulder issues with it plus I can keep my left scapula tight even with pitiful weight which puts more pressure through my left shoulder.
Even though I like benching, I prefer OHP and CBA trying to figure out my barbell issues
I train in my garage so I guess by definition I might be the beast of the gym hahaha. Going to herts uni and gonna train at there performance centre (where development gb athletes train so maybe not then).
Lifts... are ok

Thanks brah, I have no doubt you'll do them one day.
Probably bench, squat then dead in that order. What happen to your pulls/back?
Urm, I'm at 195/140/205 atm so you're probably right yea.
I injured it back in November and then didn't squat or deadlift for 8 weeks or so. Pulled a muscle again. Same as I did a few years ago. Crappy deadlift form always leads to snap city.
Nearing my old pb of 220 again buy sumo now. Got up to 192.5kg conventional but in first four weeks of sumo pulled 205.
