Btec digital business and IT

Hi Guys, i wanted to know is there good hope of getting into the uni after i do all my 4 years in this course and is someone has done or maybe they are doing it now. Please help with thanks.

There is no such course as Digital business and IT?
All level 3 BTECs take only two years, so you seem to be getting confused.

In england most of the colleges do that course and maybe someone know who has done. Maybe they live in manchester, England.

As an experienced BTEC teacher and Standards Verifier and BTEC Quality reviewer, I can tell you that there are no 4 year courses offered in any colleges in England.
It would be helpful if you could give us a link to the course you mean and I can give you more information.
