The current Palestinian refugees in neighboring Jordan, Syria and other countries.

Israel is a liberal democracy. It's a democracy that advocates liberal progressive policies.

Like allowing Israeli citizens to build on territory outside of their borders? Like bombing the crap out of other countries? Like assassinating people whom you dislike?

You can't accuse a country of not being a non liberal democracy because it's laws have no relevance to third parties in neighbouring country's.
