Prominent Chin?

Someone told me my chin is quite chiseled, what does that mean? I've never thought about my chin but when I look in the mirror, it is kind of square with a straight line base.

It basically means that you look good prominent chins and wide jawlines are considered to be universally attractive.

They're similar to my old ones

That's cool, your old ones suited your face. You should go with whatever you feel is most comfortable and clearly, the old ones did enough for you to choose a similar design.
