I don't think i'll ever understand that fetish lool. I kind of get the "Chicks with dicks" fetish after a lot of reading, but scat? nope, that's beyond me.
Well erm... that guy.... you know what, I'll just say "it's a free country" cos i am lost for words.
Yeah some fetishes are very hard to understand. I wonder if there is a vomit fetish? I havent heard of anyone with a vomit fetish yet
I am curious about the last one. Why is it that you're against a little bit of humiliation? Are you an insecure person who can withstand sexual banter?
You think humiliation in this context is just banter?
You think humiliation in this context is just banter?
Okay....
It's banter in the sense of there being a mutual appreciation of the frivolity and playfulness within the humiliation acts, and there not being an underlying sincere belief that the humiliated subject has the humiliating characteristics ascribed to them. In that sense, yes, it's likely equivalent to banter.

I think it's the feeling of humiliation or demeaning another, that is the turn on though. Without that, yes it'd feel like banter, but the fetish is the feeling of humiliation. If it was completely frivolous you wouldn't get that feeling of humiliation.
That's what I think anyway, I'm not speaking from first hand experience here...

People engage in BDSM humiliation, the roughest forms of humiliation, and return to respectful relationships once they leave the fantasy. It doesn't necessarily entail a sincere belief that the characteristics ascribed are accurate, just as one's partner dressing up in a police uniform does not necessarily entail a sincere belief that one's partner is a member of a law enforcement organisation.

But humiliation isn't about how it looks, it's about how you make a person feel, or are made to feel by another.

It's a psychological technique.
I wasn't saying that humiliation only looks to be obnoxious. It can feel obnoxious and hurtful to the participants, but there is an underlying understanding that these feelings only exist to the personae each participant adopts. I compared it to dressing up because to the people who do this it is very much dressing up and developing a role-play.
You have no concept of what the acts entail, so probably not best to offer your opinion on its dynamics.

Don't pretend that you are an expert on the matter, because you clearly didn't understand what it was in your original post. Dressing up is not a psychological technique to the extent that humiliation is.

You continue to repeat your conclusion without interrogating the premises of my argument. Up your game or sit this round out, kid.
