Check the GDA on that bar, I'm not sure that's particularly healthy. But then again, chocolate as a whole really isn't... I have it once a week. :innocent:

Once a week. Would have it every day if it didn't have so much sugar in.
Rarely, I have a nut allergy and I'm also allergic to dark chocolate, so I try to keep away from the stuff. I like chocolate flavoured things though, like ice cream, milkshake, oreos. But I rarely have the latter. Probably once or twice every two weeks. But when I was at college I would have an aero bar from the venders every Wednesday, religiously :P

Very rarely, though when I do, I really like the 70% dark chocolate that Tesco does which is better than your usual fare.
I like to scoop it into some peanut butter and eat it that way :smile:
