When are accomodation payments paid?

I am trying to create a budgeting plan at the moment but i am unsure on thw basis in which the accomodation is payed for. Monthly i presume?

it often depends on the accommodation. check their website.
my halls were monthly, but the 2nd halls i lived in wanted it paid quarterly.

Had a look here: http://www.accommodation.manchester.ac.uk/search/details/?property=54
but it only shows total weekly&yearly rent.. Will call the office now.

You can find payment plans for all the halls here. They're all 20th October, 20th January and 20th April as far as I'm aware.
