Compare the statistics to their neighboring countries who have had less cultural enrichment and the figures are more standard and in line with other western 1st world countries

They're not mad mate, its what happens when you grow up in a violent third world country where you are brought up with different morals and beliefs (And a likely regressive violent religion which you adhere to and value over anything). Women are inferior, should cover up or therefore deserve to be raped etc.
