Stock wise you need alot of your core spirits: Vodka, Gin, Whisky, Bacardi, Tequila, Rum (white).

Then secondarys :Triple sec/Cointreau, Amaretto, Port, Bourbon, Dark rum.

And finally a few of the fancy ones: Flavoured vodka, Liqueurs, Jager etc.

Sorry I meant as in Malibu or equivalent.
Just going off the top of my head, a typical bar stock would be something like:

Bottled RTD: Becks, Budweiser, Sol/San Miguel, Peroni, Desperados, Bulmers/Old Mout, Smirnoff Ice, WKD Blue

Aperitifs: Pimms, Pernod, Martini Bianco/Rosso/Extra Dry

Brandy/Cognac: Courvoisier, Remy Martin

Pre-mix cocktails: Margarita, Pina Colada, Mojito

Rum: Bacardi, Captain Morgan, Morgan Spiced

Vodkas: Smirnoff Red, Grey Goose, Absolut Blue

Whiskies: Bells, Famous Grouse, Jack Daniels, Glenfiddich, Jameson, Southern Comfort, Talisker

Gin: Gordons, Bombay Sapphire

Liqours: Amaretto, Archers, Baileys, Cointreau, Drambuie, Jagermeister, Kahlua, Jose Cuervo Especial, Sambuca, Sambuca Nero, Malibu, Tia Maria, Licor 43, Creme de Cacao, Creme de Menthe

Shots: Aftershock, Apple Sourz, Blackberry sourz,

Plus your red bull, coke, diet coke, lemonade, tonic, soda etc for mixers, and a selection of wines, sparkling wines and champagnes, and fortified wines.

Then you need your glasses:

*Pint standard
*1/2 pint standard
*10oz highball
*9oz rocks
*Sherry glass
*Balloon glass
*175ml wine
*250ml wine
*Flutes
*Shooters
*Martini glass
