A*?

To get an A* at Alevel do u need 80% at AS and 90% at A2 for all courses except maths? For maths 80% at AS and 90% between c3 and c4?

yes!

edit: actually you need 80% overall in AS and A2. so e.g. you can get a bit <80% at AS and >90% at A2 to get that A*.

Can't comment on the maths one, but for the first one, no. You need 80% minimum overall between AS and A2, with 90% across A2 modules. In other words, you can get 60% at AS, 100% at A2, and that's 80% overall and >90% at A2, so A*. Unlikely, but possible, so what you get at AS isn't all that important regarding A* at A2.
