Are these boots ok for school?

For winter time.
Are they too high? It says they are 4 inch but there's a platform so probably only 3 inch.
They look fine. The style I would go for. I have similar looking pair of boots like the above.

You want to wear Kurt Geiger boots to school? How old are you and when you say school do you mean sixth form or something?

I think they are a bit much for casual stuff like school
I think they're a bit too much, but I wouldn't wear them at all because I would just fall on my arse, especially in the winter.
At my school i'd get away with them if I was in the sixth form, but if I wore them in secondary I would get a right yelling at.

In my school no girl was allowed heeled shoes. They seem a bit 'out there' for school. Kickers are fine for school, its not a fashion show haha.

Do you have a uniform?
They're hideous. People will belittle you at every opportunity.

Yes

Then I would say no, they are not very professional.

You'd get told off for those at most secondary schools I imagine. At sixth form/college no-one really cares but yeah.
They are nice boots but you are 14 and in school.....

1) I doubt your uniform allows for heeled boots like this
2) why spend £60 on school shoes? That seems a bit daft
3) It's school, not a fashion show. They are too much.

It's up to you at the end of the day but they are a bit over the top for school shoes for a fourteen year old.
