Can high school levels come straight out of high school and do an access course to get into University???
In general, access courses are aimed at mature students- someone wouldn't be accepted onto an access course at 16.
If you have recent level 3 qualifications, then usually a foundation year or foundation degree would be more appropriate.
Sometimes, people who have followed a vocational route in further education do access course in their early twenties.
