Should people be allowed to wear full face veils in hospitals?

I've already addressed this.

Lots of things don't serve a legitimate purpose in a hospital. Earrings, hats, bracelets, necklaces etc. don't serve a legitimate purpose either. The reason you're saying you're against the veil though, is because in certain situations, they are actually detrimental. Not just that they lack benefit.

I am simply saying that, in any situation in which the veil is detrimental (hinders communication, identification etc.) a surgical mask is equally detrimental.

I think that full covering is like nudity, it shouldn't be allowed in public areas. Allowing nudists, some Muslims or other minority groups to have absolute freedom of their outfit is detrimental to the vast majority of the population.

You don't necessarily have to pass a dress code to ensure that women won't show skin. In many Muslim countries, the police would refuse to prosecute rapes because victims showed some skin. It has the same effect. See how women dress in Egypt nowadays, no one would dare to walk in the streets with a dress or a skirt.

You can't argue that a Muslim would wear a face mask instead of a veil because it's wholly absurd. More to the point, Helenia who is a doctor has already established that doctors take off their mask when it isn't needed.

Which explains why the punishment is almost never implemented, it's main purpose is to scare Muslims from doing something wrong.
