appetite is habit. Change your habits. Keep yourself busy at times you would normally eat.
Find something which isn't eating which you enjoy

good idea - but when i'm busy throughout the day.. right at the very end i'll end up binging

Make sure there is nothing in the house to binge on.

Or exercise in the evenings so that you don't have time to binge.
chew gum. usually works for me.

sounds so simple yet difficult
Try eating small amounts throughout the day rather than 3 large meals. Stops you being massively hungry because you satisfy the slightest bit of hunger each time. If you are consistently that hungry then maybe your body needs food :smile:
