How to lessen your appetite?

Go to Uni - for some reason I can only eat one meal and I'm full and I don't have access to junk food because I don't buy it (usually just snack on nuts or fruit).
How much do you weigh and whats your height?
If you exercise first thing in the morning you increase your metabolism
Drink Green Tea
Have protein filled meals
Drink protein shakes as meal replacements

i already have protein shakes as meal replacements, and if i exercise first thing in the morning i become dog tired for the rest of the day. yes i drink green tea sometimes - not a fan of tea tbh. thanks for your advice x

i hate coffee, stains your teeth and leaves you with stinky breath. and the taste is VILE lol

Tea, water and really filling foods like porridge, for example.
Also, watch really disgusting programmes about the dangers of excess (fatty) food- that usually does the trick for me :smile:

put sweetener and milk, becomes easier to down
Drink lots of water
Have your stomach stapled?

That's the 'brute force' approach.
