Its not your money because they will notice its in your account soon and then take it back. Its only yours if you transfer it to another account.. preferably in another country lmao

Quite. I believe 24A relates to dishonestly retaining wrongful credit. I can't believe this thread is genuine anyway, but just for the sake of discussion, it's a similar situation to being overpaid by your employer. If they inadvertently stick an extra £100 in your pay packet, you could probably successfully argue that you didn't notice, but no one will believe that you didn't notice an extra £80k in your account (unless you have a 7 figure or higher bank balance).

If the bank investigate won't they see that I have taken that money and put it into that account and they will come after me.
Suppose it would need to be a country that would protect me from the uk authorities if they came looking for me.

Enjoy your jail sentence then. For you to get an additional £80k means someone else is down £80k. As soon as the bank connects the dots, the police and CPS would be involved and you'd be in trouble.

I could just say I didn't notice the extra 0 at the end. I had about just over £8000 originally anyway.
