I'm working my APEL at the moment.

The aims and outcomes are an index to the essay.

You prove you can meet these by explaining yourself in scenarios from any employment and modules in degree - say for example the aim of 'equip the student with the necessary knowledge, skills, attitudes and professional values for relationship centered care in a range of care settings' I work in care so I gave a brief outline of what relationship centered care is and used an example in work where I apply this and put in my work description as evidence of this. But you can also use other things like say a module in your degree where you worked as a team to produce a report and put in the performa from the module as your evidence.

I think this is the way the complete the APEL but I hope so as that's how I'm writing my own.
