Has anyone been placed in Nottingham anywhere?
Got an email today from DfE saying they expect apprentices to start after 20th November and into the beginning of December
Have they gave you any other information on the role such as salary? I've been placed at HMRC Cardiff but haven't heard from the department yet

No I'm in the same position I've been posted but not placed into a team yet I just got that information because I asked for a start date estimate
Hi guys!

I've been confirmed to start at the MoJ in London next month. I was wondering who else is working there? Or in London?

I visited the office on Tuesday which was very exciting, such a big office and I met Lord Faulkes (for those who follow politics)

Anyhow, good luck to everyone still waiting to hear back!

Has anyone in central London been given a contract yet? Or any information regarding salary. If so, would anyone be willing to share what their salary will be (a salary bracket), only because I'm looking to relocate to closer to central London and am wondering weather it will be feasible with my salary because I know rent prices in London are sky high!

Thanks a lot

Hello lovely,

I have, I've been placed in the MOJ in London, and my basic salary is 25k pa, plus London weight in. So my total salary per year will be just over 30k. However the MOJ is the highest paying government body. So you may be salaried a little less dope song on your department!

I am matey, I'm currently on the ODP apprenticeship at Trinity Bridge - been on it since 14th of Sept and really enjoying it so far.

Hi, I'm starting at the MoJ in London when my Security checks are complete, which should hopefully be soon.
Is your line manager Alecia?

Oh aye that's right.... I'm on the 3rd floor in the west wing. Must meet you soon. Are you for London next week or have you already been to the induction event?

Hi! It's so good to hear, I was told by my line manager that the other 3 apprentices on my floor are boys. So it's nice to know there's a fellow girl in the building! My line manager is Kathryn Eddie. She's very nice.

Cool! Wow that's a lot of boys to deal with, maybe we could meet up for lunch sometime. Do you know your start date?

Yes! Most definitely, I know of a few places around Petty France that I'll probably be trying out within the first month of being there. And no start date yet. I still have a few forms to be accepted

Cool! Yeah I'm in the same boat! It's been a long process and I'll be relieved when I actually start!

I'm on floor 7, been live on my own with calls for a week now, I'm at London on the 13th with my team (all on the ODP apprenticeship).

What do you do on floor 3?, floor 7 is a tax contact centre (i like it so far, but i'm sure that could change ).

Hi, if you're in a tax contact centre, what apprenticeship are you on? And have you already started? If so what are your working hours if you don't mind me asking

Hi, sorry to jump in there, but I was told today that I am in the HMRC department in personal tax. I'm trying to find out more about it. Your situation sounds similar, what I wanted to know exactly are the working hours? And are you office based? And in the HMRC?
