University of Reading - 2016 Applicants

Haven't seen a thread for the 2016 round. What's everyone applying for?

I'm going in for English Lit and Film, hoping to send my application off by the end of the month!

I'm unsure between all my choices. I want to go to all of them :cry2:

What other unis have you applied to?
I submitted UCAS on the 5th of Oct and got an offer for Law at Reading (AAA) on the 20th
Applied today for International relations and politics!
Hope I hear from them soon!
Applied for English Literature on the 14th of October and got a conditional offer today of ABB, or BBB if I put them as my firm choice

I feel you, I'd be happy to go to any of my choices!

I'll also be applying to Dundee, Kent, and Liverpool  I'm currently undecided on a 5th choice since I'm reconsidering Exeter. They updated the entry requirements for my qualification and I'm pretty sure I'd only be applying for a rejection..

English is competitive and the grades they're asking for aren't within reach :/

Where else are you applying?

Cardiff, Leicester, Newcastle and Heriot-Watt.

I feel you. It's the same with me, and what's worse is that I'm predicted B's despite the fact that I can definitely achieve much higher.

Did you apply for Maths alone at each one?

I know that feeling too, hopefully things will end well though.

I haven't applied yet. I'm unsure on the course to apply, as I'm interested in too many fields and want to do everything =_=
I'll probably just apply to Maths (Since the unis I've listed allow me to do optional modules on topics from other department).

Ahaa, I see! Tbh that doesnt sound too bad  It's a good degree, as long as you think your interest is strong enough to pursue it for 3-4 years and it's what you actually want to study
