Where are the nice looking universities for maths?

I am applying to study mathematics as a degree in 2016. I cannot apply for unis like Oxford of Cambridge. I would like to know universities which have nice cities/buildings such as Bristol and Edinburgh.

My first choice will be UCL
my second choice would be UCL
and if you need a third choice put UCL

Slightly biased, but Bath is a nice city and the campus is beautiful. It's the only university outside of London I've seen though.

I am thinking of applying. Is it possible to avoid seeing the head if you go to UCL, its scary :rofl:

I have never seen it. It is not in public display ... it is somewhere in the medical section

Isn't there his body though with a replacement head? Do you have to see that every day or is that building not often used?

I spent 7 years at UCL in the 80s and I never seen this spectacle ...

We have google in sweden funnily enough, however I saw pictures of it last time I googled and have no desire to repeat :smug:
it depends exactly what you want. For historical places try Durham or Bath
For a very green campus try Exeter
For a stunning university next to the sea and in parkland try Swansea.
For big city try UCL, Bristol Birmingham or Cardiff
